The rate in force for the remote assistance session. This is the rate the contract refers to.

Remote assistance session
A technician sees your screen for as long as the connection lasts. You start it with a single-use code; there is no permanent or unattended access, and the session is not recorded.

Prices exclude VAT.
Packs expire twelve months from the date of purchase.
Which plan includes it
- Micro: not included. It is billed separately at this rate, and only if the technician deems it necessary and you authorise it.
- Esencial: included at no extra cost.
- Professional: included at no extra cost.
Rate changes
The applicable price is the one published at the time of purchase. Any change to these amounts is notified thirty days in advance, in accordance with clause 11 of the contract.
