Compliance with the regulations on the employment of people with disabilities. RedyRedes does not declare, by virtue of this agreement, to hold the status of Special Employment Centre (Centro Especial de Empleo) or any other administrative authorisation by the mere fact that its owner has a recognised disability. The possible application of alternative measures to comply with the reserve quota in favour of people with disabilities is subject to the CLIENT meeting the legal requirements and obtaining, where required, the corresponding declaration of exceptionality (declaración de excepcionalidad) from the competent authority.
Where RedyRedes effectively meets the requirements for its services to qualify as a legally authorised alternative measure, it may provide the CLIENT with documentation evidencing the provision of services, the invoicing and the applicable legal status.
In order to speed up the CLIENT's procedures before the SEPE or the competent regional labour authority, RedyRedes (Carlos Alejandro Medina) will make available to the CLIENT's administrator or advisory firm the documentation required by Royal Decree 364/2005:
Note: This documentation must accompany the supporting report (Memoria justificativa) that the CLIENT must submit to the public employment services.
