RedyRedes is the IT services provider your company has hired. If you have received an email from us, it is because your company has registered you on the platform so you can use technical support and the other services.
Your company. It is the controller; we process the data solely on its behalf and following its instructions, without using it for any purpose of our own.
Your name, your corporate email, your department if your company has provided it, the equipment and applications you use, your way of working and the content of the incidents you open. Nothing else. We do not process data about your private life or special categories, and we ask you not to include them when describing an incident.
Your data is stored in the European Union and the application runs in a European region. Some of the technology providers that make the platform work are established outside the European Economic Area; you can see who they are and which safeguard covers each case in our provider list. provider list.
Your company is responsible for your profile, your inventory and your incidents, and we process them following its instructions. For the access account itself — your email, your credentials and your authentication factors — we are responsible, because that account is yours and exists independently of the company you belong to. We use it for nothing other than giving you access, and if you cease to belong to any company registered on the platform, we delete it after thirty days. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Access to the platform is personal. Two-factor authentication is available and we recommend enabling it; do not share your credentials with anyone, not even a colleague.
You can access your data, rectify it, erase it, object to its processing, restrict it and request its portability. For your profile, inventory and incidents, your company is the contact. For your access account, write to us directly at adm@redyredes.com. If you are not sure which of the two it is, write to us anyway and we will tell you; you can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
