Estos Términos y Condiciones regulan el acceso, uso y provisión de los servicios tecnológicos (en adelante, el "Servicio") prestados por RedyRedes a sus clientes B2B. Al registrarse o utilizar el Dashboard, el cliente acepta someterse íntegramente a estas disposiciones.
The Service is intended exclusively for corporate and commercial purposes. The client agrees not to use the platform for illegal or abusive purposes, or those that compromise the operational security of RedyRedes' technological infrastructure or that of third parties.
Access to the private area and the ticket system requires verified registration. The client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of access credentials and for any activity carried out under their account. RedyRedes reserves the right to audit corporate identities.
RedyRedes assumes the commitment to provide consulting and technological outsourcing services as stipulated in its service level agreement (SLA). However, RedyRedes is not responsible for indirect losses or damages derived from the misuse of credentials by the client or security breaches generated by the direct negligence of the end user.
We strive to ensure high availability (uptime). However, the Service may be temporarily interrupted due to scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical circumstances, of which the client will be informed through the Dashboard as far in advance as possible.
All intellectual property rights, brand, source code, and platform designs are the exclusive property of RedyRedes or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of these assets is prohibited.
RedyRedes reserves the right to suspend or revoke access to the Service to those clients who incur repeated non-payment, violate these terms, or technically compromise the security of the ecosystem.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law. Where both parties act as businesses or professionals, they expressly submit to the courts and tribunals of Castelldefels (Barcelona), unless the law imposes a different mandatory jurisdiction.
